Production Process
1) The production process of PE film is a five-layer co-extrusion blown film. The five-layer co-extruded film has good barrier property, high strength and wear resistance, good heat sealability, strong adhesion, and good anti-fog property. Slip resistance, coloring, etc.
(2) The production process of PVC film is calendering. The characteristics of the calendered film are high film strength, good transparency, large width, heat resistance and aging resistance.
Strong sealing
Good sealing strength and weld sealing strength are also necessary for the reliable protection of the plastic film bag. If the sealing strength is insufficient, the sealing will become the Achilles heel of the plastic film bag, and the plastic bag will lose the protection of the product due to the sealing.
